About the Company
FadedCloud started the way a lot of hosting companies do — out of frustration with the alternatives. We were tired of laggy servers, support tickets that went unanswered for days, and control panels that made simple tasks feel complicated. So we built the hosting platform we wanted to use ourselves, and opened it up to everyone else who felt the same way.
Today, we host 30 game titles — from Minecraft, ARK: Survival Evolved, and Palworld to newer additions like Valheim and Satisfactory — all running on NVMe storage behind DDoS protection, and all managed through the same Pterodactyl-powered control panel. There are no long-term contracts on any plan; cancel whenever you want, no retention call required.
