General
Most game servers are provisioned automatically within a minute or two of payment clearing.
Yes — every service runs around the clock. Scheduled maintenance is rare and we let customers know in advance when it happens.
Yes, every server is protected against common DDoS attacks at no extra cost.
Reach out through a support ticket and we'll see what's possible for your service and the locations we have available.
Yes — open a ticket or use the upgrade option in your client area and we'll move your existing server to the new plan with no need to start over.
Open a ticket from your client area or reach out on Discord — our team keeps an eye on both around the clock.
Billing
Major credit and debit cards, plus other options depending on your region and currency — the full list is shown at checkout.
If a renewal payment fails, your service is temporarily suspended until it's resolved. If it stays unpaid past the grace period, it's cancelled and the associated data is removed — so it's worth keeping a valid payment method on file.
New purchases are eligible for a refund within 48 hours of the order, as long as the service hasn't been heavily used and no Terms of Service violation has occurred. See our Terms of Service for the full policy, including what isn't covered.
Occasionally — when we do, any restrictions on billing cycle or plan eligibility will be noted alongside the code itself.
Minecraft
Yes — our Minecraft plans support Paper, Spigot, and Purpur, and you can change software from your control panel without needing to start over.
No artificial player-slot limit is enforced on our Minecraft plans — how many players your server can comfortably handle comes down to the RAM and CPU allocation of the plan you choose.
Yes — upload custom files, configs, mods, or plugins through the online file manager or an SFTP client, whichever you prefer.
We keep our supported server software current, so new Minecraft versions are typically installable soon after release.
Hardware
Our game server nodes run on high-performance AMD Ryzen processors paired with NVMe SSD storage, matched to what each game needs to run smoothly.
Game server plans use shared high-performance CPU allocation sized to the plan — the exact allocation for a given plan is listed on that plan's page.
