Service Level Agreement
What to expect from our network reliability, maintenance, and incident communication.
Last updated: August 9, 2026
This page describes what you can expect from FadedCloud's network in practice. It is not a formal Service Level Agreement — we don't currently commit to a specific uptime percentage or automatic service credits, and this page doesn't create that commitment. Our Terms of Service (Section 8) governs service availability and controls if anything here conflicts with it.
Status Page
Real-time uptime and incident history for our infrastructure is posted on our status page, independent of this site — check there first if something seems down.
What We Aim For
We run our network to stay online and performant around the clock. Every server is protected against common DDoS attacks at no extra cost, and our infrastructure is monitored so that hardware or network problems get caught and addressed quickly.
Maintenance
When we need to perform maintenance that could affect your service, we make a reasonable effort to notify customers in advance. Some issues — like an unplanned hardware failure — can't be scheduled around, and we'll communicate about those as they happen rather than in advance.
Factors Outside Our Control
Upstream network providers, data center incidents, internet backbone outages, and similar events outside our reasonable control can affect availability. We work with our providers to resolve these as fast as possible, but we can't guarantee they won't happen.
No Uptime Credits Today
We don't currently offer automatic service credits for downtime. If you experience an extended outage, reach out through a support ticket — we look at situations case by case, but nothing on this page or elsewhere entitles you to a credit as a matter of course.
Questions
If you're planning something where uptime matters a lot and want to talk through what we can realistically commit to, reach out through our contact page — we're happy to have that conversation directly rather than leave it to fine print.
