Refund Policy
When and how you can request a refund for a FadedCloud hosting service.
Last updated: August 6, 2026
This page summarizes our refund policy in one place. It's part of, and should be read together with, the billing and cancellation terms in our Terms of Service — if anything here and the Terms of Service ever appear to conflict, the Terms of Service control.
New Purchases — 48-Hour Window
New purchases are eligible for a refund within 48 hours of the initial order, as long as the service hasn't been heavily used and no violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy has occurred. To request one, contact support through a support ticket or Discord before your window closes.
What Isn't Covered
Refunds are not guaranteed for renewals, add-ons, custom configurations, or one-time/setup fees — once that work has been performed or a billing cycle has renewed, the associated charge is considered earned. If a service is suspended or terminated for a Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy violation, no refund is issued for that service.
How to Request One
Open a support ticket or reach out on Discord and let us know which service and order you're asking about. We may ask what went wrong — not to make it harder to get a refund, but because that feedback genuinely helps us improve. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method where possible.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Filing one without giving us a chance to resolve the issue first may result in immediate suspension or termination of your services and any associated accounts, as described in our Terms of Service.
Questions
If you're not sure whether your situation is covered, just ask — reach out through our contact page before assuming either way.
